LOOKING OUT FOR OUR TEAM & GUESTS IN A WORLD WHERE COVID19 EXISTS

The wellbeing of our team and guests is our number one priority. We have achieved Visit England’s industry standard ” Good To Go” mark which means we are following government and industry COVID19 guidelines and have a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing. Read on below to hear more about some of the changes to how we operate:

RISK ASSESSMENTS

Thorough risk assessments have been carried out for each department. Any potential Covid19
related hazards have been identified along with the controls we have in place against these.

TEAM TRAINING

Our team have all received extensive training related to Covid19. The includes recognising
symptoms, how to prevent spreading the virus and proper handwashing technique.

TEAM ROTAS

The number of team members arriving and finishing at the same time has been reduced and
staggered shift patterns are in place to allow for physical distancing when appropriate.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

Our front of house team members will wear face coverings when serving you. Our
housekeeping teams have all the necessary PPE to deep clean departing apartments.

We encourage our guests to wear face coverings when checking in and in communal areas such as corridors and our restaurants when not dining or drinking.

HAND SANITISING STATIONS

Hand sanitising stations are available around the building. Please sanitise your hands before
entering the building and increase the frequency of your handwashing.

INCREASED HYGIENE MEASURES

Regular sanitising of touchpoints across the building will take place. Our team members will
wash or sanitise their hands at least every 30mins

PHYSICAL DISTANCING IN OUR RESTAURANT AND BAR

The layout of our restaurant and bar is adjusted to allow for physical distancing. Protective
screens are in place and a one-way system is marked on the floor for you to follow.

Please use contactless payment methods when possible.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING IN OUR HOTEL

We kindly ask our hotel guests to use the stairs when possible. Only one household is allowed
in the lift at any one time. We encourage staggered check-in times and may contact you to discuss your arrival time prior to your arrival to allow for physical distancing.

SYMPTOMS

If you are displaying symptoms of COVID19, no matter how mild, please follow the government
guidelines and do not visit us. If you have a restaurant reservation or room booking let us know
as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you rearrange.
If symptoms become apparent during your stay, please isolate in your room immediately and
let our reception team know by calling 100 from the phone in your room. Do not go to the
reception or any public areas.

CONTACTLESS CLEANING FOR SHORT STAYS

If you are a hotel guest staying with us for seven days or less, you will be provided with
contactless cleaning kits to clean your room during your stay. No housekeeping members will
enter your room during your stay.
