TICKETS
There are no physical tickets for this event. Your table name and number of guests will be on a guestlist at the door.

HOW TO FIND US & PARKING
Please use the post code CA1 1NL to find us. This will bring you to the Halston Lonsdale car park which we suggest for parking. Parking is charged at 1 per hour and is paid upon exit. From here you will be able to see our functions entrance which is located at the back of the building. If the Lonsdale car park is full there are plenty of other parking options within walking distance, the next closest being Mary Street Pay & Display.
If you are travelling by train, the nearest train station is Carlisle which is less than 5 minutes walk from us. -
ARRIVAL TIMES & ENTRANCE
If you’re a VIP ticket holder please arrive from 6pm for your VIP drinks reception with canapes and surprises. The VIP drinks reception will last for 1 hour.
If you have a standard ticket/table please arrive at 7pm for your welcome drink. Be sure to arrive on time so you don’t miss any surprises.
The entrance for the party is located at the back of the building at our events entrance. Please do not use the main entrance on Warwick Road.

MENU & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Our 3 course set menu has been designed to appeal to as many palates as possible. We have ensured there are tasty options suitable for vegan diets (must be pre requested) and we will always do our best to accommodate specific dietary requirements and allergies if notified to our events team in advance (by July 8th at the latest). Please note this is a set menu and cannot be chosen on the night, all requirements must be provided in advance.

CHARITY AUCTION
Colin West has kindly offered to host a charity auction and we have some fabulous prizes up for grabs. The auction will take place at around 9.10pm and all funds raised will go to Carlisle Youth Zone. Don’t forget to bring some cash if you want to bid!

RAFFLE PRIZES
We are still looking for additional raffle prizes. We’d be very grateful for any prizes you can donate. All raffle funds will go direct to Carlisle Youth Zone. If you would like to donate a raffle prize please email manager@thehalston.com.

Our dress code is DRESS TO IMPRESS with a colourful twist – no strict black tie restrictions here. In fact, we are actively encouraging you to be as colourful as possible. Wear whatever makes you feel fanciest and funnest. It is a party after all…
