Pumpkin Spiced Espresso Martini
The dark, cold nights are officially here and we’ve been playing around with the most fashionable spice around.. Read on to see how you can recreate this autumnal twist on modern classic at home.
- 25ml Absolut Vanilla Vodka
- 25ml Baileys
- 37.5ml Pumpkin Spiced Syrup (we used Monin)
- Double shot of espresso (you could also used a very strong instant coffee mix)
Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously (this will create the nice foamy layer) and pour. We served ours in a martini glass but you could use a Champagne flute or wine glass if you don’t have one. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon and enjoy!
